What we did
At the Evaluator Lab, a room of developers judged an agent its builder couldn't sign off. The checklist and harness are free at github.com/gvossos/evaluator-lab.
Why it matters now
From 10 December 2026, organisations covered by the Privacy Act must say in their privacy policy when a computer program makes, or substantially and directly informs, decisions that could significantly affect people.
Three questions to ask us
- Which of our agents and AI tools inform decisions about people?
- Who checks each one, other than the person who built or configured it?
- Where is the record?
