1. Who we are

2. What we collect
AI Agents Manifesto sign-up form. Your first name and work email address (required); your organisation, role and country (optional); whether you ticked the box asking for our weekly briefing; the version of the consent wording you saw; the page you signed up on; the page that referred you; and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you arrived by.
Course and staff enquiry form. Your name, work email, company, role, the course you are asking about, team size, and anything you type into the message field.
LinkedIn Insight Tag. This site loads a small script from LinkedIn on every page. It sets a cookie in your browser and sends LinkedIn technical information about your visit, such as the page URL, your IP address, device and browser details and a timestamp. If you are signed in to LinkedIn, LinkedIn can link that visit to your LinkedIn account. We see this information only in aggregated form.
Email interaction. Our email tool records whether the confirmation, delivery and briefing emails we send are delivered, opened or clicked, and whether you unsubscribe.
3. Why we collect it
- To confirm your email address and send you the AI Agents Manifesto you asked for.
- To send you our weekly briefing on agentic AI governance, training and services - only if you ticked the separate box asking for it. Asking for the Manifesto does not sign you up to the briefing.
- To respond to a course or staff enquiry you send us.
- To understand which posts, pages and campaigns bring people to the site, using the campaign tags and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
4. Who processes it for us
- MailerLite holds the Manifesto sign-up list and sends the confirmation, delivery and briefing emails. Our account uses MailerLite's European Union data centre.
- Google (Google Apps Script and Google Sheets) receives enquiry-form submissions and emails them to us.
- LinkedIn receives the Insight Tag data described above and processes it under its own privacy policy.
- Teachable (course hosting) and Credly (digital credentials) receive your details only if you enrol in a course, and only what is needed to run the course and issue your credential.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.
5. How long we keep it
Manifesto and briefing subscriber records stay in our email tool until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Enquiry-form records stay in our records while we respond to and follow up your enquiry. Aggregated Insight Tag reporting is held by LinkedIn for the period set in LinkedIn's own policy.
6. Your choices
- Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing george@netlifestyle.ai.
- You can block or clear the LinkedIn cookie in your browser settings, and you can opt out of LinkedIn's advertising cookies in your LinkedIn account settings.
7. Cookies
The only third-party cookie set by this site comes from the LinkedIn Insight Tag described in section 2. The site itself does not set cookies. The Manifesto sign-up form keeps the campaign tags from the link you arrived by in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so that they can be recorded with your sign-up.
8. Contact and complaints
Email george@netlifestyle.ai with any question, request or complaint about how we handle your personal information. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the privacy regulator in your country.
